National Water Company (NWC)
Water-infrastructure HSE environment involving field inspections, risk control, excavation and safety documentation.
“Safety begins before the hazard appears — in the discipline to notice, question, and act before consequence has a chance to speak.”
Selected professional HSE work, safety documentation and field evidence presented in a clear, controlled and easy-to-review format.
I am Amir Hussain, an OHS Specialist and Safety Officer with practical experience in Saudi infrastructure and water-project environments. My work focuses on identifying hazards early, assessing risk, strengthening preventive controls, and ensuring corrective actions are followed through.
I work across excavation and trenching, confined spaces, work at height, plant and equipment safety, electrical safety, SIMOPS, traffic management, PTW, inspections and safety observations. I believe effective safety is not only about compliance — it is about seeing risk early, communicating it clearly, and acting before an incident occurs.

Amir HSE Portal is my personal professional HSE workspace and selected portfolio. It allows me to organize my safety records, document field activities and present selected professional work clearly to authorized clients, consultants and reviewers while keeping private records under my control.
“Documenting safety is not about proving that work was done; it is about proving that risk was understood and controlled.”
